Select the mail box on the right to open the file upload form.
We will require your approval before print production starts via email or fax.
After your approval, you become responsible for artwork, content, spelling, punctuation, addresses, numbers, logos, copy position, etc. Any changes after production starts will incur extra charges.
Before uploading your files you may want to read the following tips that will allow production to flow smoothly.
- Zip or Stuff your files.
- Do not use spaces or odd characters when naming your files. Underscores can be used in place of a space. Spaces and characters such as $ & # ?, may cause your files to become damaged or prevent upload altogether.
- Keep all file names under 30 Characters.
- Press Quality PDF’s are preferred. If you think there may be changes before going to print then we will need native/raw files with all fonts and links/artwork used.
- Linked graphics/photos: 300 dpi (dots per inch). Graphics taken from the Web are almost always poor quality or useless for print.
- Save all color photos and vector images as CMYK if the job is to be 4 color process. Grayscale photos if the job is to be B&W. Solid logos with text should be 1200 Bitmap.
- Specify which colors are to be spot and which colors are to be 4 color process.
- Choose colors from the Pantone swatch books, rather than color combinations that look good on your monitor.
- Print outs from a low-end, non-color managed printer do not represent the color that will be printed.
- Make sure colors that are the same have the same name:
PMS 300 is different than PMS 300 CV, which is different than PMS 300CVC;
unfortunately, graphic application programs default to different colors, so it is
necessary to manually check your color names for consistency.
